As with Jacob, we usually discover (the Lord's favor and delight) only after a life of ‘looking for blessing in all the wrong places.’ It often takes an experience of crippling weakness for us to finally discover it. That is why so many of the most God-blessed people limp as they dance for joy.
                                                                                                        ~ Tim Keller

In a world plagued by suffering and hardship, it is a gift and a privilege to be invited into a person's life; to walk the vulnerable and difficult terrain of their life experiences with them. I make it my daily intention to listen, learn and lead. My goal is to help work through life's messes with you, to discover the beauty of forgiveness, to mine the depths of true joy, to teach the art of grieving well and to help you discover your most authentic self.

I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a B.S. in Food & Nutrition. I have worked as a Substance Abuse Counselor at an Intensive Outpatient Center for adolescents & adults, worked as an Eating Disorder Liaison at an Inpatient facility, and facilitated Binge Eating Groups at an Inpatient facility. I am trained in EMDR and Brainstopping, two treatments which may relieve many types of psychological distress, trauma and PTSD.

I offer counseling for the following:
            • Stress, Anxiety and Depression
            • Eating Disorders
            • Trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
            • Premarital Counseling
            • Counseling for Couples
