Depression & Anxiety Treatment

We live in a world of ever-increasing levels of stress. Each of us experiences some degree of stress, but when it reaches a level that becomes overwhelming and debilitating, our quality of life is diminished, our relationships suffer and we find it difficult to make good decisions. Anxiety is also a common condition that unchecked and ignored, can become a paralyzing ailment. And thousands of people suffer with the kind of depression that makes just getting out of bed seem impossible -- roughly 20% of the American population suffers from depression. If you feel that stress, anxiety or depression are keeping you from the kind of life you long for, we can help - there is hope!

I specialize in teaching proven strategies to reduce/manage stress, anxiety treatment and depression therapy with the goal of moving toward a healthier life.  I utilize a mixture of Cognitive-Behavioral, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Experiential, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Exercises, Emotionally Focused Therapy, Brainspotting and EMDR during depression and anxiety treatment sessions.

The clearer our understanding is of the reality of our situation, ourselves and others the more likely we will be able to accept, “it is what it  is”.
